Anil Girdenia is a highly experienced Engineering Manager with over 17.5 years of experience in product/application development. He is currently serving as the Head of Global Security and Financing Technologies (Security Lending) at Wells Fargo, where he is responsible for heading product development that deals with Prime services security lending, Deal and Contract booking for securities lending and borrow business, Collateral Optimization, Securities Auto borrow, Security lending, and security position calculation(Excess/Deficit), Sending and receiving external/internal availably, security prices calculation. Anil has extensive experience in managing large development teams and building & managing distributed products in Java, microservices, and big data technologies. He is a technical expert in designing and developing distributed applications and has domain expertise in Regulatory reporting (Dodd Frank), Security Lending and Borrow, Counterparty and credit Risk, and OTC derivatives. Anil holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. He has expertise in Test, Java, CI/CD, Big Data, Microservices, DevOps, UI, and Senior Software Engineering. With 18.70 years of relevant experience, Anil is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
