He is currently working at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience, where he is responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences. Anil has a proven track record of success in product management leadership roles in the e-commerce industry. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Walmart and Simplilearn. At Walmart, he led the Competitive Intelligence Platform (Web Crawling Platform) for Walmart US, Samsclub, and International Markets. He played a key role in building the platform using Big data and Machine Learning to solve three problems and help businesses scale using technology. He redesigned Walmart's Competitive Intelligence dashboard, launched CIA for the Mexico market, and built an AI model for Product Matching. His suggestions for top-selling products/sellers/brands from competitor's sites led to revenue growth. At Simplilearn, Anil was responsible for building a BI & Analytics Platform, developing CRM software, and managing a team of product managers and business analysts.
