Anil Shenoy is a User Experience Research Manager at Woven Alpha, with a passion for uncovering and connecting the “whys”, the “hows” & the “whats” of problem solving by utilising robust mixed methods user research. With over 14 years of experience in the technology industry, Anil has a diverse career path that has seen him take on various leadership roles in different companies. At Woven Planet, Anil leads a team that is focused on better understanding and building great human-centered experiences for autonomous mobility. Prior to Woven Planet, he worked at Google as a User Research Manager where he built and led the mixed-methods User Research team within the Trust & Safety organization. Before Google, he worked as a QA Manager at Zynga where he built and scaled the Quality Assurance team at Zynga’s India Studio. Anil's core competencies include providing strategic leadership across people management, research & innovation programs, external partnerships, and vendor management. He is a Research Scientist with expertise in QA, test, web, and software engineering. Anil holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and completed his schooling at The Indian High School Dubai.
