Anilesh Yadav is a seasoned leader in the consumer internet industry with over 10 years of experience in high-growth teams. He is currently the Co-Founder of 1K Kirana Bazaar, where he is leading a talented team to transform the retail landscape in Tier 2+ towns of India and improve the shopping experience of non-urban consumers. Prior to his current role, Anilesh was the Director of Category Management at Snapdeal, where he was responsible for the P&L of three large businesses: Sports & Fitness, Bags & Luggage, and Tools & Hardware. He grew these businesses by 220%, 180%, and 160% YoY respectively, by leading a team of category managers to identify consumer trends and unmet needs to deliver sustainable growth in both topline and bottom-line, along with the use of technology and cross-functional teams. Anilesh also served as the Associate Director & Head of Listings at Snapdeal, where he led the full scope of the product listing process for pan-India sellers, including product development, content strategy, and operations. Anilesh holds an MBA in Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. He has a track record of 11.52 years of relevant experience in leadership positions in the consumer internet industry.
