Animesh Adhikari is a Pega CSSA certified Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Java and Pega BPM & CRM products. He has a strong focus on Techno Functional, Consulting, and Solution Designing. Animesh is proficient in Pega Express delivery methodology to convert customer journeys into Microjourneys and deliver MLP releases. He has experience in the entire life cycle on the Pega platform from requirements gathering, grooming of user stories, design, development, code reviews, performance improvements, code merge and migrations, and production support. Currently, Animesh Adhikari is working as a Principal Solutions Engineer at Pegasystems. He is responsible for automating business processes for Consulting and Success teams at Pega on the latest versions of the Pega platform. Animesh is the Tech lead for the SA modules and architect & design business processes, case design, class structure, and data model design. He is grooming user stories, developing Process Flows, Activities, Workbaskets, Rulesets, and managing the guardrail score of above 94. Animesh is also responsible for integration with other systems through Pega API V1, DXAPI, and SOAP & REST web services. He has integrated with Kafka to read messages from Kafka topics. Animesh has implemented inbound email listeners to process email approval. He is guiding and mentoring developers on the team. Animesh Adhikari has previously worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Pegasystems and an Analyst at BT. At BT, he worked on the SRIMS project, a transformation project of the legacy system of the telecom industry. Animesh was mainly working on the transform of legacy system UII and LIMS, which ensure physical and logical planning. His responsibilities included requirement analysis and low-level design, working on a configurable transformation enterprise project, understanding all the capabilities and business logic of the existing system, redesigning and re-implementing them in Java and NOSQL graph database, working closely with the designers and framework team to write technical design documents, developing and implementing frameworks required for the project, and coding and unit/integration testing. Animesh Adhikari has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology (GIET).
