Animesh is a skilled Agile practitioner with over 6 and a half years of experience in Business Analysis and Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kan-ban, and DevOps. He has acquired certifications like CSM, PSM I, PSM II, PSPO I & Leading SAFe 4.6 to strengthen himself as a better business partner, leader, and agilist. Animesh has also acquired advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Animesh has worked on different methodology-based projects such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban & DevOps) and Waterfall. Animesh has good domain knowledge on upstream Oil and Gas and is an OSI PI Technical & Agile coach and knowledge sharing in Shell. Animesh started his IT career by learning and designing applications using different suites of software's in OSISoft PI 2019 (Real Time Historian). He has expertise in analyzing, designing, and automation of real-time applications and excel reporting using the products. He also got an opportunity to work on Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) using Sample Manager tool of Thermofisher as a business analyst & partner. Animesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Tele-Communications Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. He is currently pursuing an Integrated Program in Business Analytics (IPBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, which will end in July 2021. When Animesh is not working, he loves to explore and travel the world with his beautiful wife and son. He also enjoys playing badminton, basketball, cricket, and football (soccer).
