Animesh Singhal is a Robotics Engineer who graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2020 with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he works as a Research Assistant at the Embedded Control Lab, Systems and Control Engineering Department of IIT Bombay. He is working on a Spherical Robot and is interested in Robotics and Self-Driving Cars. Animesh has experience in the Technology Sector as an Associate Business Consultant at EY and as a Summer Intern at PwC's advisory division. Animesh is fascinated by robotic path planning, localization, and controls, and has been systematically learning skills in the Robotics Software Engineering domain through Nanodegrees at Udacity. He is proficient in ROS, C++, and Python. During his college years, Animesh actively pursued his passion for cultural activities. He was the Head of the Cultural and Events Department at Mood Indigo, Asia's largest college cultural festival, and headed a two-tier team of 200+ members. Animesh's team was responsible for curating all the professional showcase events at the festival ranging from international artists to indigenous artists & celebrities. He was also actively involved with the dance and music clubs of his college and performed in numerous events. Currently, he is into B-Boying and playing the Guitar. Animesh completed his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2020. He also completed his high school education from Ryan International School, Sanpada, where he scored 96.60%. Before that, he attended Pace Junior Science College, Nerul, where he scored 90.92% in his final year. Animesh's relevant experience is 2.43 years, and his tech stack includes Research Scientist and Python.
