Aninda Bhattacharya is an experienced Operations Specialist with a passion for cloud technologies. Aninda's experience also includes working as a Technology Analyst for Infosys, where she maintained, enhanced, and supported application functionality for client Northern Trust. She also worked on automation scripts to generate reports for the client. As a Product Support Analyst for Tech Mahindra, Aninda's responsibilities included implementing PL/SQL by following proper change management processes, programming and maintaining PL/SQL code, and analyzing and documenting root cause analysis of service impacting incidents for future reference. Aninda holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dr. Sudhir Chandra Sur Degree Engineering College. She also attended Sacred Heart School, Kharagpur.
