Anindya Adhikari is a management professional with over 11 years of experience in end-to-end project management for IT Transitions, Robotic automation, and Process re-engineering. He is currently working as a Senior Manager at Protiviti, where he carries out pre-sales activities, business process review, and consulting to enable client's digital transformation journey. Anindya has experience in both technical (IT) and non-technical (process) consulting, and he is a firm believer that data speaks louder than words. He loves to explore new places, read voraciously, and indulge in football and photography. He has also carried out digital transformation review projects involving RPA discovery, automation opportunities shortlisting and prioritization, and ROI analysis. Anindya has worked as a project manager at Genpact in the RPA space, where he delivered quality trainings on RPA, setup/enhanced existing frameworks for RPA project delivery components, and managed end-to-end project management, solution designing, and delivery. He has delivered RPA consulting projects and business analysis for CGRLH/BFSI clients and enhanced the digital genome of Genpact. Anindya has a PGDM from the International Management Institute - IMI, with a dual specialization in Marketing/Finance, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Heritage Institute of Technology. He also has a Higher Secondary degree in Science (PCM) from Hare School and a Secondary degree from Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home High School.
