Aniraj Kumar is a driven Software Engineer with a passion for using technology to make the world a better place. He is a 2022 graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, with a major in Computer Science and Engineering. Aniraj is highly interested in Competitive Coding, the theoretical aspects of computer science, and Web Services and related technologies. Currently working as a Software Engineer at BNY Mellon | Pershing, Aniraj is getting warmed up with the company's offerings. He has previously worked at the same company as a Software Engineer, where he developed an AppBuilder website for the NetXInvestor mobile app and automated the process of file and data validation, which previously took hours. He also implemented all kinds of validation like resolution, filename and folder validation, and added the feature of dynamic rules and property selection. Aniraj's work on this website enabled clients to get a detailed validation status of their uploaded data and image artifacts, thus enhancing the overall client experience. Key technologies used were Angular and TypeScript for front-end, Python and Flask for the back-end. Aniraj has also worked as a Content Creation Intern at Coding Ninjas, where he designed and developed content for the Competitive Programming Course. He ensured the technical accuracy of the multiple CP offerings by reviewing the videos created by SMEs (subject matter experts) with quality at foremost priority and to improve student's experience in CP courses. He also ensured the technical accuracy of the book “Acing the coding round”. Aniraj's education history includes a B.tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and High School with PCM+ Computer Science from Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali, Ranchi. He also has a Matriculation degree from DAV Kapil Dev Public School. Aniraj's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Web, TypeScript, Research Scientist, Flask, Mobile, Frontend, Backend, Python, and AngularJS.
