Aniruddh Jain is a seasoned product leader with over 13 years of experience in various industries such as e-commerce, consumer goods, and enterprise solutions. Currently, he is serving as the Senior Manager of Product & Marketing Management at Amazon, where he is responsible for building and improving post-sales self-service products for MakeMyTrip, reducing customer contact by 30%. Aniruddh's expertise lies in product management, UI/UX, business strategy, analytics/AI, sales/services operations, and engineering. He has a strong bias for action and data/insight based decision making, which enables him to deliver business value and shape great customer experiences. Throughout his career, Aniruddh has worked with various companies, including Zomato, where he served as the Vice President of Product Management. He was responsible for heading CX products for the online ordering business. Additionally, he served as the Director & Product Head - Mobile, Growth & New Markets at MakeMyTrip, where he led growth & mobile apps for the India business. Aniruddh holds an MBA from IIM in Marketing and Systems and a B.Tech in Information Technology from GGSIPU.
