Anirudh Batra is an experienced Analytics Manager at Dunzo with a passion for building new things and solving complex problems. With 4.27 years of relevant experience in the fields of Data Science and Analytics, Anirudh has repeatedly transformed blank parchments and early-stage prototypes into significant projects. He is a team player with excellent problem-solving skills, which he has honed through his obsession with playing soccer and solving perplexing problems. Anirudh currently leads the Customer Experience Analytics team at Dunzo, where he identifies pain points and value creation opportunities for customers. He has previously worked as a Business Analyst at Dunzo and a Data Analyst at Soroco, where he leveraged his knowledge in Data Cleaning & Visualization, Business Analysis, Machine Learning, NLP, and programming languages like Python (Pandas), SQL, and Qlik. At Soroco, Anirudh created a Similarity Analysis Framework to group users based on their email, document, and process history. He also created an Organization Network Analysis (ONA) framework to classify users using communication data and visualized the results using a network graph on Qlik. Anirudh worked with Engagement Managers to deliver custom analysis and identify automation opportunities for F500 clients. He used LDA to extract topics to cluster emails, reducing 15 hours of manual effort per week. He also built a model to identify trends in time spent at the office using exponential smoothing. Anirudh created a repository of SQL queries and Python scripts for exploratory data analysis, as well as a data cleaning pipeline, saving over 50 hours of manual effort each month. Anirudh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from VIT. His tech stack includes Data Scientist, Research Scientist, SQL, Python, NLP, ML, and Pandas.
