Anirudh Narayan is a founder, author, and entrepreneur with a passion for scaling businesses and personal growth. He is the founder of Growthspartan, a performance marketing company, and Masterlife, a personal growth platform. Anirudh believes that both business and personal growth have a lot in common and that the key to success is being true to oneself. Anirudh has a diverse background, having lived and worked in South America, SE Asia, Africa, US, and Europe. He graduated from Columbia University in 2012 with a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering. Anirudh also played basketball growing up and was called for India camp, which has contributed to his identity and the importance of building relationships. Aside from his work in marketing, Anirudh enjoys teaching, connecting with people, and creating new things. He is open to working on a Retainer, Equity, or Revenue-share basis and offers advisory services for startups, accelerator, innovation centers, or VC funds. Anirudh has worked as a Startup Advisor for India Accelerator, where he advised startups on 0 to 1 to scale, specializing in D2C and Ed-Tech. He also founded Masterlife, India's first holistic platform that helps people upskill in different areas of their lives through self-paced and cohort-based learning. Currently, Anirudh is a Startup Coach at Global Venture Alliance, an international company with sites in Silicon Valley and Moscow. GVA is a private innovation ecosystem that unites acceleration programs for startups, educational initiatives, investments, and large-scale projects aimed at the development of the environment of innovations. Anirudh is an accomplished author, having written a book called Scale Smart in 2019, which has sold more than 4,000+ copies. He believes that book writing is one of the hardest things he has done and wouldn't recommend it to anyone today. Instead, he suggests starting a podcast or creating videos, which he finds easier. Anirudh's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and a 12th, CBSE in Science from National Public School.
