Anirudh Pandit is an experienced technologist, architect, executive, and strategist with a passion for solving customer problems with modern technology. Currently, he serves as the Head of Solution Engineering, Cloud Native at Confluent, where he leads the team in delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Anirudh has a proven track record of success in large complex technologies and sales cycles. He has led one of his customers to become the largest North America customer for MuleSoft by helping them realize value and deliver solutions faster to the market. He was also responsible for 14 out of 30 customers listed on MuleSoft S1 at IPO that had 1million+ ARR. Anirudh enjoys working with great people and turning ideas into scalable models. He has a passion for advising startups and is an active investor. He is a mentor and ongoing advisor to a handful of technology startups, helping them with pre-sales engagement models, go-to-market strategies, foundational technology choices, pitching ideas, recruiting, and working through the challenges of scale.
