Anirudh Vijayaraghavan is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in building and leading teams, setting up and scaling businesses, and managing P&L responsibilities. He has worked with three amazing companies, namely Swiggy, Shell and Target, across a variety of roles in Sales, Growth, Operations, Planning and Strategy. Anirudh has now ventured into the games and entertainment space as the Founder & COO of K-OS Theory, where he is solving fun and exciting problems with three close friends, some of the smartest people he knows. At Swiggy, Anirudh served as the Assistant Vice President, Business Operation, where he was responsible for the business head for the South & West regions for multiple business lines, including food delivery and scaling up of non-food service lines such as groceries, meat, hyper-local deliveries, etc. He led a team of over 500 people in 200+ cities, across Sales, Operations and Growth, and scaled up non-food business from 3 cities to 30+ cities in 2 months to help support demand for Groceries and other essentials during the Covid period. Anirudh also served as the Assistant Vice President, Business Planning & Strategy, where he was responsible for business planning & performance, running the national quarterly operating plans, and led campaign planning & discounting during a hyper-competitive period in the food delivery space. Anirudh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. He completed his schooling from National Public School, Indiranagar. With 11.62 years of relevant experience, Anirudh is a dynamic leader with a passion for building and scaling businesses. He is a strategic thinker who is always on the lookout for new opportunities and challenges.
