Anish Batra is a highly accomplished Co-Founder of Kaidoko, the world's first individualized psychologist based on Artificial Intelligence. He has a strong background in research and innovation in the field of Data Sciences, Cognitive Sciences, and Automation Systems. Anish has also worked as an ex-Amazon employee in the AWS division under Development and Mobile Services, where he worked on leading cloud services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, Kinesis, Cloud Formation, impacting global businesses such as Netflix, Airbnb, Dow Jones, to name a few. Anish has publications and patents in his field of expertise and has been awarded honors in the field of research and excellence in AI by DR. M.P. Poonia (Vice Chairman, AICTE, Government of India). He held the 1st Rank in the University for the Graduate Research submission, awarded by DCP of Cyber Cell Anyesh Roy. Anish is good with operations, building scalable products, and strategizing better customer satisfaction and service processes. He is passionate about solving practical problems and focuses on the applicability of knowledge and experience. Being adaptable to new methodologies and remaining updated with the ongoing tech in the industry is his primary perspective while also focusing on targeted oriented performance in his work environment. Currently, Anish is the Co-Founder of Kaidoko, which is incubated and backed by IHFC, IIT Delhi, and is also backed by NASSCOM and HARTRON, Government of Haryana. Kaidoko is a result of extensive research and innovation in the field of Child Psychology, Pedagogy, Parenting, and Teacher-Student Relationship. The company has created a solution that replicates a counselor using Artificial Intelligence Technology, recognizes a child's mind map using AI, and improves upon the child's personality, behavior, interests, identifies and nurtures high talent through cognitive and meta-cognitive development, and mitigates negative aspects of their psychology. Anish has worked as a Research Assistant at Delhi Technological University and has published a research paper on Cognitive Learning Recommendation System in Indian Context. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and he completed his High School education from Manav Sthali School.
