Anish completed his MBA in HR from SCMHRD Pune and has close to 4 years of work experience. He is currently an Associate Senior Manager HRBP at BYJU'S, where he is making a significant impact on the business by providing innovative ideas and solving issues as a business partner. Anish has previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at BYJU'S and as a Human Resources Manager at HDFC Ergo Health Insurance Company Ltd. In his role at HDFC, Anish was responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, and integration management across Maharashtra and Goa. He successfully ensured manning at 98% month on month across all levels, improved recruitment by quality hiring, and controlled attrition for sales and non-sales across all levels. Anish also introduced the "Young Manager's Program," a campus recruitment initiative for sales at the entry level in the organization. Anish's education history includes an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering. He also completed his Nursery to Class XII education at Delhi Public School, Yamuna Puram, Bulandshahr. Anish's technical skills include test and integration, and he has relevant experience of 4.94 years.
