Anitha Madhivanan is a highly motivated HR professional with 7.78 years of experience in talent acquisition, graduate training program management, employee engagement, and employer branding. She is currently serving as a People Officer at Siam Computing, where she handles weekly and monthly activities for employee engagement, both internal and external employer branding, and R&R programs. With over 4 years of experience in end-to-end management of internship programs and freshers' graduate training programs, Anitha has successfully managed 500+ interns and trainees by sourcing them, identifying their ikegai, monitoring their learning, and delivering a quality internship experience. She has also spent 2+ years in talent acquisition for positions across various levels in both technical and non-technical domains. Although Anitha spent 2.5 years as a software engineer prior to her HR career, she believes her true calling lies with 'people'. She has organized and executed over 20 events, and was a speaker at the Indian Youth Conclave (IYC) in Chennai in 2017, where she spoke about breaking away from societal conditioning and pursuing one's own passion. Anitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering, where she graduated in 2014.
