Anjanay Saxena is a dynamic individual who is passionate about building the future of work. With a background in General Management, he is currently leading the charge as the People's Happiness and Success Champion at DaoLens, where he is building an all-in-one platform for DAOs to discover, work on, and accomplish their projects. Anjanay firmly believes that DAOs are here to stay and will continue to grow and replace existing processes and mechanisms that traditional firms follow. Anjanay has a solid track record of success in the Web3 and Blockchain space, having previously worked as a Program Manager at CoinDCX. There, he partnered with the Talent Squad to take on strategic HR projects, working on people analytics, process improvements, and market intelligence to create, execute, and scale TA programs that met the firm's ever-growing talent needs, especially in the disruptive Web3 space. Anjanay created the TA roadmap that showed the impact of processes and automations on quality, speed, candidate experience, hiring experience, recruitment marketing, and bandwidth creation for the team. He also curated sourcing platforms, vendors, and mechanisms to have an abundance of talent pool to readily tap into, automated reporting practices to make quicker decisions using ATS and external tools, and implemented screening, interviewing, and onboarding automations to ensure operational efficiencies across the funnel. Anjanay has also worked as a Senior Specialist at Arcesium, where he received an early promotion for demonstrating exemplary performance during his tenure. Outside of work, Anjanay is a music composer and producer and is passionate about fitness and nutrition. Anjanay has a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong. He also completed an Executive Management Program from IÉSEG School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. Anjanay's technical skills include Web3, DAO, Blockchain, and infra. With 2.43 years of relevant experience, Anjanay is a highly motivated individual who is always looking to take on new challenges and push the boundaries of what is possible.
