Anjishnu Mukherjee is a highly motivated computer science graduate with a passion for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML). He is currently pursuing a PhD in NLP and has been selected for Google Summer of Code 2022 at Google-PAIR (RAI-HCT) as a Student Developer. Anjishnu has gained valuable experience in software development and data science during his time at Wells Fargo. He has also worked as a Research Intern at the Computer Graphics and Virtual Reality lab at the University of Bremen and contributed to mlpack during the Google Summer of Code 2020 program. His work involved implementing novel algorithms, reproducing research papers, and using PyTorch, C++, and Python across various domains such as collision detection, image inpainting, and super-resolution. Anjishnu has also worked with Omdena on a project to predict an individual's creditworthiness using Machine Learning, which aimed to help solve the loan crisis issue. He is excited to continue exploring the possibilities of ML and NLP in solving real-world problems. Anjishnu's technical skills include NLP, Python, Pytorch, ML, Research Scientist, and Data Scientist. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur. Overall, Anjishnu has 2.78 years of relevant experience in the field of computer science and is eager to continue learning and growing in his career.
