Strategic Initiatives – (Infra Deals for building Airtel Global Data Networks):
•	Successfully led acquisition of multiple submarine cable systems (or large capacities) for meeting the global network infrastructure requirements of the organisation such as MENA cable System, GBI, TE North etc.
•	Building Data Centre Strategy with business case creation, execution plan & management approvals
•	Due diligence in M&A transactions related to submarine cables, landing stations & other network elements
•	Techno - commercial negotiations, due diligence, contract drafting & end to end closures of network deals
•	Collaboration with internal teams- legal, finance, technical, sales along with senior management

Successfully created, launched & completely managed OTT mobile app “airtel talk” that allows Indian diaspora to make VOIP calls to India or anywhere in the world
Created entire product ecosystem in terms of product roadmap, process flows, development through technical  (Agile Framework) with API integrations, pricing, regulatory compliances &  contracting
 End to End ownership for Partner Management  for:
- Developing the product & feature enhancement with outsourced dev. team based out of Israel
- Executing scalable user acquisitions methods from global B2B partnerships with telcos
- Online Payments through Integration with Paypal  &  Apple for inapp purchases
 Planning & Executing product marketing campaigns incl. digital marketing through Google, FB & Affiliates
Working cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Sales, Finance & CSD to ensure that all processes are in place
