Ankit Gupta is a Co-Founder and CEO of Quizizz Inc, a platform that helps teachers create gamified quizzes and interactive lessons that generate instant student feedback without needing to be graded by hand. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Ankit has a proven track record of creating innovative products that are making a difference in the education industry. Prior to founding Quizizz, Ankit co-founded WizenWorld, a math role-playing game for middle school students that is used by more than 1400 schools from 65 countries. He was also an Analytics Specialist at Opera Solutions, where he was part of the small R&D team that tried to predict the US presidential election results from twitter data. Ankit built a system to collect and mine large data sets(TB's) using NoSQL technologies, and developed a prediction algorithm for the primary results. Ankit holds a degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He is a tech enthusiast and has expertise in NoSQL technologies. Ankit's current focus is on motivating every learner and making classrooms more interesting and fun. Quizizz is now supporting more than 60 million people per month in 100+ countries and is used in over 65% of U.S. schools. Ankit's vision is to create a world where every student has access to quality education and enjoys learning.
