Ankit Karan is a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for computer science. He is currently an Undergraduate Student at IIT Mandi, where he has explored various fields of Computer Science, including Web Development, Competitive Programming, Game Development, and Machine Learning. Ankit has represented his college in various competitions and has created software and designed systems to build solutions for real-life problems. Ankit is the Placement Head at IIT Mandi and Chairperson at RAS, IIT Mandi. He is also a GSoC'20 Developer at LabLua. As the head of the Robotics and Automation Society of IEEE student branch, Ankit manages and conducts various workshops, talks, events, and seminars on Robotics. He has also served as Vice Chair and Executive Committee Member at IEEE Robotics and Automation Society. Ankit's educational background includes a BTech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi, which he is set to complete in 2022. He also has a background in Mathematics from Indian Public School, where he completed his Intermediate and Matriculate studies. Ankit's technical skills include Web Development, Research Science, and Machine Learning. He has relevant experience of 1.27 years in the field. Ankit is a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills. He is a coordinator and active contributor to some clubs and societies in his college. Ankit is a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in his field.
