Ankit has also worked at Google as a Software Engineer, where he was an early member of the Google Discover Ads team. He worked on ads quality and selection by improving the auction of ads and adding more signals in the ad selection logic. This helped in improving the user engagement and click-through rate of ads. He also worked on image search ranking and evaluation, which helped in measuring the change to Google's search ranking algorithms.
