Ankit Pandita is an innovative and entrepreneurially minded software professional with experience in analysis, design, development, and maintenance of client/server, web-based, and n-tier applications in Python and various opensource technologies using Agile methodologies. With over 2.35 years of relevant experience, he has precisely worked on complete product development lifecycle, requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, designing, and development of various software products. Currently serving his notice period at Chubb Ltd, Ankit is a Software Developer responsible for backend Python development at Cognizant. He has developed an automated process for the redundant manual tasks using Python, NLU training, MS SQL, GitHub, Service Now, FileNet DB, NumPy, and Pandas. Ankit has also worked on automating various manual processes that saved the human effort of 15 hours/month. He designed and developed EdTech project Academy Portal, a web-based application for employees to upskill themselves, using Python, Flask, MS SQL, HTML, CSS, React, and Bootstrap. Ankit has also developed an algorithm to solve the redundant policy issues for the client, which increased the efficiency of the process by 37%. He has worked with various external teams and stakeholders for improving User Experience for customers while buying and selling policies on the platform. Ankit has also worked on a data science project where the dataset used is Google App Rating and performed operations like Data Cleaning, Data Imputation, and Manipulation on various categories of apps available in the play store and concluded the google rating provided by the people on the basis of age. Ankit has experience in multiple domains like Insurance, Finance, and Healthcare. He has worked as a Research Intern at Clickvalley, where he developed a brain tumor identification system from MRI images using Python image processing technique, recognition, and classification of the tumor cells using image segmentation. He also designed and developed an application in Android SDK for keeping the daily notes with a feature of push notification reminders. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE, and has completed his schooling from Army Public School Damana.
