Ankit Pandya is a highly motivated and technology-driven management professional with exposure to various fields, including training, learning and development, placement and industrial liaisoning, corporate tie-ups, career counseling, career development, resourcing strategies, marketing management, and research, ethical practices at the workplace, and many more. As a Manager at PMC Retail, Ankit is responsible for L&D framework, resourcing strategies, graduate marketing and attraction strategies, enhancing skills and capabilities of entry-level programs, defining and implementing KPIs, and undertaking regular reviews. Ankit is a resourceful individual who actively collaborates with corporates and universities to bridge the gap between industry and academia. He is a member of the CII MSME Panel and is actively involved in discussions on different corporate and university panels.
