Ankit Rana is a highly experienced Business Intelligence Application Architect and a talented team leader with over 10 years of experience in carving out customer-centric, integrated, complex, and large greenfield solutions and projects across the globe for private, public, and government sector clients. He is currently working as the Senior Vice President at Polestar Solutions & Services, where he is responsible for managing the three main pillars of the practice: people management, service offerings management, and sales enablement. Ankit is a strategic and technological thought-leader on Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing in various roles including Program Management, BI Architecture, Data Transformation, and Data Modeling. He functions as a technical liaison between sales and the project delivery, working directly with the delivery team to assist in qualifying customer technical needs, developing and presenting customer solutions and roadmaps, assisting with proposals and product demos promoting BI/DW solutions and services to potential and existing customers. In his current role, Ankit is accountable for developing the Practice with overall business and strategic vision of Polestar. He drives the area of knowledge management and his practice and ensures company-wide sharing of insights gained from projects. He plays a key role in enhancing the business capabilities of Polestar and generating ideas and opportunities for growth. Ankit has previously worked at Deloitte as a Manager, where his roles and responsibilities included Requirement Gathering, Database modeling, Designing ETL and Reporting models. He also handled the development team and worked with them to deliver the project before deadlines and getting UAT and Sign off from Clients. He has also worked as a Consultant at Headstrong. Ankit holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jaipur Engineering College and Research Center. He also attended Gyan Mandir Public School, New Delhi. Ankit has relevant experience of 16.87 years and has expertise in Senior Software Engineering and ETL.
