Ankit Sarkar is a highly skilled Software Engineer and Team Lead with over 4 years of experience in the ERP domain. He is a hands-on problem solver and has a keen interest in learning new things. Ankit has also worked as a Software Engineer and Research and Development Engineer at Works Applications Co., Ltd. where he designed, developed, and tested features for the Cost Accounting product in Java using Spring framework, Apache Cassandra, in-house frontend framework, and Junit/TestNG. He contributed to migrating backend services from Cassandra to Amazon Aurora MySQL and helped the team with troubleshooting build and deployment issues. As a Research and Development Engineer, Ankit worked on the Accounting related product of an ERP suite. He developed equivalent software modules in Java for existing modules in COBOL, contributed to testing and evaluation, and bug fixes. Ankit holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) by Research in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Delhi.
