Ankit Saxena is a Master in Management candidate specializing in Digital Transformation at ESCP Business School, Europe. He is interested in exploring modern ways of working in the digital age from different perspectives, including Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, and Product Development. Ankit has a strong engineering background with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, H.P. Ankit has worked as a UI/UX Designer and a Human Machine Interface Developer in the Car Multimedia Infotainment System department at Bosch. He was responsible for understanding the requirements and analyzing the feasibility of the Navigation feature in the automotive car multimedia system. Ankit has experience in CGI studio, product development, public speaking, designing, and management. He has facilitated Agile methodology for developing/modifying & delivering new features, improved user experience by reducing recurring issues, fixed critical errors after performing Root Cause Solution Analysis (RCA) in collaboration with the Quality team, and optimized State Machine design with a 92%-time reduction in code generation which increased the productivity of an entire team of 88 members. Ankit has also mentored and led a team of 3 members in the AIVI2 project by guiding them in project & tools setup. Ankit has worked as a Market Research Intern at store my goods, where he conducted market research for the identification of consumer wants and needs, evaluated Indian market size, gap, and analyzed by identifying Total & Serviceable addressable market, interpreted different Customer profiles of students & corporates, and recommended a Go to Market strategy along with the other various brand collaborations. Ankit has also worked as a Summer Intern at GAIL. Ankit is proficient in Research Science, UI, Designing, Software Engineering, and Testing. He has been a coordinator, organizer, and member of various committees and societies, which has greatly contributed to developing leadership quality and people skills in him.
