Ankit Sharma is a highly experienced Lead Data Scientist currently working at Airtel Digital in Gurugram, India. With over 6 years of experience in the field of Data Science, Ankit is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and build chatbots that are integrated with Airtel Thanks app. He is also responsible for building state-of-the-art functionality for intent detection and discovering emerging intents from user query logs. Ankit provides vernacular support to the chatbot for all major Indian languages, including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, and more. He deploys and integrates the functionality with the existing chatbot platform.
