Ankit is an accomplished IT professional with over 15 years of experience in IT Managed Services, People Leadership, Service Delivery, Technical Support, and Program Management. He possesses a unique combination of technical and management skills, making him an asset to any organization. As a Service Delivery Lead at Cisco, Ankit is responsible for developing a Unified Delivery Function team that supports various technologies, including Voice/Video, Routing/Switching, Data Center, and Security. He has also built a proactive Problem Management posture that leverages Data Science for predictive/preventive measures.
