Ankita Raina is an experienced educator and content developer with a passion for elementary education, content development, and learning design. Currently working as a Senior Associate in Content Development at Byju's, Ankita has also been a Teach For India Fellow in the past. With a career spanning 3.43 years, Ankita has worked in both non-profit and Ed Tech sectors. At Byju's, Ankita has led the Grade 1 team, reviewed lesson plans and assessments, researched and co-created learning outcomes for Grade 1 Math based on NCERT, Common Core, and other curricula around the world. She has also facilitated learning sessions for a team of 15+ members on storyboarding for live classes. In her previous role as an Associate in Content Development at Byju's, Ankita worked on several projects including Create With Math, Reading Box, and a collaboration between Disney Byju's Early Learn App and MagicCrate. Her work involved designing phygital Math worksheets for grades K-5, devising content strategy for the Indian version of the US product, and formulating creative content strategies to use physical manipulatives along with digital learning to create a holistic curriculum. Ankita's passion for working with young kids is evident in her LinkedIn summary, where she states that she is at her happiest self when talking to a bunch of seven-year-olds about their favorite cartoons. She is a member of the Easy Classes Advisory Board at ICFDR - Indian Centre for Development and Rights. Ankita holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Hans Raj College. She has a good understanding of tech stack and has worked as a Research Scientist in the past.
