Ankita Taneja is a Senior Technical Consultant at adidas with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field. She is responsible for managing and driving all technology projects in adidas and reebok retail outlets as a part of the Center of Excellence team. Conceptualization, definition and development, on-time project execution, RoI measurement, analytics, and reporting are her key areas of responsibility. Ankita has an impressive track record of successfully executing various projects. She collaborated and communicated with retail stores pan-India to drive VM, Training, and Ops processes using a mobile application called Wooqer. She personally rolled out the platform in 500 stores and was the first person to be awarded the title of "Wooqer Champion" in the country. She also managed partner incentives based on exit consumer survey with AC Nielsen for 700 retail outlets across 230 cities. Ankita also set up and deployed an Online Learning Management System (LMS) for Store staff training implemented in 800 outlets pan-India. She led the project, focusing on end-to-end planning, coordinating, executing, training, incentivizing, budgeting, and RoI management. She also worked on Endless Aisle, an omni-channel approach to sales that seeks to provide consumers with a seamless shopping experience. Before joining adidas, Ankita worked as a Team Lead at ADP, where she led the Total Absence Management process for Health and Welfare vertical. She was responsible for driving customer service-related deliverables like C-Sat and NPS along with up-selling additional services. She independently handled all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations. At Capgemini, she represented the Business Development Team for Captive Transformation Services. Ankita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Information Technology from the International Management Institute - IMI. She also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jaypee University.
