Ankur Khera is a technology enthusiast who is passionate about innovation. He strongly believes in the power of change and the ability to influence and mold the world around us. Ankur is currently serving as the Vice President of Innovation at DBS Bank, where he operates at the executive leadership level and leads a team of strategic thinkers, consultants, and solution architects. His responsibilities include articulating visions of possibilities to ideate and create disruptive solutions, involving in idea management, rapid prototyping, startup partnership, and other collaborative strategic initiatives to drive and promote innovation. Ankur has over 13 years of relevant experience, and his expertise lies in digital transformation, customizing solutions based on customer journeys in the banking industry, and using insights and analysis of competitor activity to generate strategic approaches. He is also experienced in collaborating with FinTechs, TechFins, and other stakeholders in the startup community to drive open innovation. Before joining DBS Bank, Ankur was the Innovation Lead and Assistant Vice President at the same company, where he focused on building an innovation culture at DBS Asia Hub2 (DAH2) in Hyderabad. He helped set principles and standards, identified opportunities, trained and applied design thinking and agile, rapid prototyping, experimentation, managed change, and ran programs to invoke a culture of creativity and innovation among the workforce. Ankur is also the Founder and Research and Innovation Director of Tickzo, where he operates development teams as businesses, focusing on delivery excellence and continuous productivity increase, turning cost centers into value centers. He consults and invests with clients to advance technologies and help bring distinctive offerings to the market. Ankur's tech stack includes Web3, Blockchain, infra, AI, ML, Integration, Research Scientist, Image Processing, MongoDB, Software Engineer, Python, and Java. Ankur holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has a background in performance engineering. He is a thought leader in the industry and has a strong desire to change the world in his own little way.
