Ankur Vaish is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in technology, media/creators, enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, and management consulting. He is currently the Head of Creator and Public Figure Partnerships for Instagram and Facebook in India at Meta. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the Creator economy and empowering talented individuals from all parts of India to build strong communities and earn a sustainable living from the platforms. He is also partnering with public figures in entertainment, music, and sports to help them connect and engage with their audience/fans around key cultural moments using the platforms. Prior to this, Ankur led Scaled Media Partnerships, Advanced Analytics & Insights, and Partner Growth Marketing for Media Partnerships at Instagram and Facebook in India. He also led Customer Success for Workplace from Meta for ~3 years in India and one year in Thailand. In that role, he helped CXOs in digitally transforming their operations and getting high ROI from the platform. He also worked on capability-building and growth of service and technology partners in the market to build a scalable business. An ex-McKinsey Consultant, Ankur has led complex, high-priority programs for multinational organizations in dynamic, fast-paced environments and led large multicultural, geographically distributed teams. He has worked on strategy, operations transformation, commercial transformation, risk management, and strategic due diligences for leading companies across India, Europe, and the US. He closely worked with clients' senior leadership and managed wide sets of cross-functional stakeholders across geographies on all his engagements. Ankur's core skills include business-building, leadership, problem-solving, partner management, large-scale program management, and analytics. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from ISB and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT.
