Anmol Dhankhar is an experienced Machine Learning Engineer at Deloitte with a passion for designing, developing, and deploying simple, re-usable, and meaningful models. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Anmol has a strong background in handling data and using it to provide answers that people seek. He firmly believes in the principle of handling data with care, as it is not cheap. At Deloitte, Anmol is currently working on building a recommendation system to improve supply chain efficiency for bulk orders. He has also used machine learning algorithms to find the best replacement for items in an order that have a high lead time or become EOL. The solution he developed has helped reduce the manual effort of planners in selecting the right recommendations. Anmol has also worked on building data pipelines for datasets discovered during the data discovery phase in Dataiku (DSS) and automated data cleaning, stacking, and transforming the dataset to the required format in different zones in DSS. He has also created a master dataset to run the clustering model (k-means & Self Organized Maps(SOM)). Prior to joining Deloitte, Anmol worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Indiabulls and as a Senior Application Developer at Accenture. He holds a post-graduate program degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from GLIM and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. Anmol's technical skills include ML, recommendation systems, infrastructure, and software engineering. He is a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
