Anmol Rastogi is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer currently working at LeadSquared with over 5 years of experience in Big Data Analytics. He has worked extensively in the Life Sciences and Health Care industry with dynamic roles varying from People Management, Development, Testing, Business Analysis, Data Pipeline Designing, Mapping Designs, Technical Specifications, Level of Efforts, Subject Matter Enquiries, etc. Anmol has technical exposure to Spark, Scala, SQL, Hive, Unix, Sqoop, Git, Bamboo, Control-M, BitBucket with working in Agile methodology, AWS services like S3, Athena, EMR, EC2, Glue. He is currently working on learning AWS, Android Development, and working towards innovation in the current project with Excel-based automations and Enhanced Test Engines. Anmol has worked with LeadSquared for almost 3 years and has proven ability to solve Data issues and to work towards the betterment of the project and organization through integrity, responsiveness, ownership, and inclusiveness. He has helped a new team to ramp up from 3 members to 12 members team, guided them around the project, and made sure they have in-hand knowledge before diving deeper into the sea of Big Data in the project. Prior to LeadSquared, Anmol worked as a Senior Consultant at DBS Bank. He has also completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Graphic Era Hill University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Information Technology and System Management from NMIMS Global.
