Anna Sitnikova is a growth-oriented product leader with over 8 years of relevant experience in scaling tech, users, and processes with limited resources. She has a deep background in leading expansion strategies to new markets and delivering new core value propositions. Anna is known for building kick-ass teams that build kick-ass products. Anna has established product-led growth fundamentals for the successful scale-up phase of two Swedish unicorns, Truecaller and Zettle by PayPal. Currently, she works as a product advisor at Gateway.fm, a company on a mission to provide stealth Web3 infrastructure at pace for Web2 companies. Gateway.fm has already launched production-grade services, including 4 RPC services - Eth, Near, Fantom, and Gnosis. Anna has previously worked at Acquired IO, where she was responsible for strategic consulting, new product opportunities, and business development. The team was acquired by Adjust in the end of 2018. She has also worked at PayPal, where she founded and led the very first growth product team of iZettle. The onboarding and registration experience built by the team under her lead was recognized by PayPal as one out of five reasons for iZettle’s M&A. Anna has sunsetted 5+ underperforming systems and launched a new version of iZettle reader on 12 markets. Anna holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, where she studied at the Faculty of Innovation, Department of Growth Strategies. She also holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Engineering and Technology from the same university. Anna's Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Technology is from the Faculty of Innovation, Department of Engineering and Technology.
