Anoop Madhusudanan is a seasoned executive with over 19 years of experience in digital and engineering. As the Global Vice President - Digital & Engineering at West, he is focused on driving digital transformation and digital health initiatives for the company. Anoop has a proven track record in enabling revenue growth for companies such as SigmaAldrich.com, Merck KGaA, and Avantor/VWR through online channels and e-commerce. Anoop's experience spans both business and digital/IT sides of the aisle, with a dedicated focus on data-driven customer experience improvements. He has led global teams across NA, EU & AMEA driving GTM, digital strategy, mar-tech, digital lab/bioprocessing products, e-commerce, and digital + data-driven marketing. Prior to his current role, Anoop held leadership positions at Avantor/VWR and Merck KGaA. At Avantor/VWR, he was the Global Vice President for Digital Marketing, Strategy & Channels, responsible for driving revenue growth for Avantor/VWR's ~$2Bn E-Com, B2B & Lab products. He also led the digital channel strategy integration for Avantor and vwr.com, enabling a successful IPO. At Merck KGaA, Anoop was the Global Director for Merck/Sigma Aldrich's >2B+ ECommerce Platforms and enabled double-digit growth for Merck KGaA's ~1.5B EUR E-Business P&L. Anoop holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Babson College, as well as a PG Diploma in Software & Architecture from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and a Diploma in Hardware Engineering from Institute of Human Resource and Development (IHRD). He has a strong technical background in Integration and Senior Software Engineering.
