Anoop Nagappan is an Associate Architect with over 12 years of experience across various organizational domains. He has significant exposure in SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013/Online, SPFx, MS Team, Powerapps, .Net, C#, SQL Server 2012, 2008, SSRS, SSIS, Java Script, Jquery, Ajax, and other integrated technologies. He is currently working at Birlasoft, where he designs, develops, and tests prototype SharePoint builds and architectures to meet customer expectations. Anoop started his career as a Trainee Software Engineer at Wipro Infotech, where he initiated and implemented Aircelwebchat. The project was successful and still ranks among the top telecom online customer care live chat services. He was awarded for the successful implementation, and based on his performance, he was taken on board as a Software Engineer. Anoop is an expert in SharePoint modernization and other integrated technologies for a DevOps-driven Microsoft 365-based version of the product development. He specializes in providing a powerful multi-device collaboration platform with Modern SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. The product with rich user experience uses Fabric UI and responsive design with SPFx (SharePoint Framework). To ensure optimum performance of voluminous processes, he uses Azure Services like Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Storage Queue. Anoop has worked with various companies in the past, including CCS Technologies and UST. At CCS Technologies, he was a Technical Team Lead, leading a DevOps-driven Microsoft 365-based version of the product development team. At UST, he worked as a Technical Analyst, where he developed Microsoft BOT using a comprehensive conversational AI framework and worked on Office 365/SharePoint online development cycle. He has also worked on PowerApps & Microsoft Flow development and has experience in SharePoint Online applications with Visual Studio and C#.
