Anoop Nambiar is a Cloud and Data Transformation Leader with over 20 years of experience in helping clients digitally transform their organizations through DAACU - Data, Analytics/AI, Automation, User Experience enabled by Cloud. He is a Managing Director and CXO Advisor with extensive experience in IT Strategy & Execution, IT Operating Model, and IT Cost Reduction. Anoop is a Cloud Strategy and Architecture expert who provides Cloud Migration Services and Data & Analytics Modernization using Cloud. He is also an expert in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality Management, Metadata, and Data Architecture. Anoop has experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Marts, Data Lakes, Big Data, Analytics, and Insight as a Service. He provides Chief Data Officer (CDO) Services and Business Process/Data linkage and Critical Data Element (CDE) Management. Anoop also provides Chief Information Officer (CIO) Services, Infrastructure, and Core Systems (Banking, Insurance). Currently, Anoop is an Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Council Member at edm council. In this role, he is responsible for implementing tech capabilities for HSBC Retail Bank's Data Management Organization. He strategizes and implements Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality capabilities. He is also responsible for offshore Data & Information Management COE (Bangalore, Guang Zhou, Kolkatta). Prior to this, Anoop was a Managing Director | Lead - CloudFirst - Growth Markets (ATCI) at Accenture. In this role, he served Accenture clients across Growth Markets (APAC, Japan, SEA, India, Middle East, Africa, LATAM) helping them transform their business by leveraging capabilities and services across the Cloud Continuum in the areas such as Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Native/Software Engineering, Data and AI, Industry X, Platforms & Products, Hybrid Cloud - Leveraging the power of Public/Private and hybrid cloud. Anoop has also worked as a Partner | Deloitte South Asia | Cloud Engg & Transformation - Country Leader | AWS Alliance Leader at Deloitte. He led Deloitte's Cloud Engineering & Transformation Practice, enabling and accelerating digital transformation by leveraging the power of cloud. Prior to that, he led Business Data Governance/Management and Intelligent Automation Practices for Deloitte India. He also played the role of AWS Alliance/Business Leader for Deloitte South Asia.
