Anoop Virdi is a highly experienced Cloud Solution Architect with over 17 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. Currently, he is working as a Modern Services Management Customer Engineer at Microsoft, where he is responsible for managing customer engagements from contract signature through detailed design and environment build, successfully transitioning the customer to Rackspace Partner Cloud Support. Anoop has previously worked at Rackspace in various roles, including Project Manager II (GCP, Azure, AWS) and Enterprise Service Delivery Manager. In his role as Project Manager II, he was the primary point of contact responsible for onboarding customers on Partner Cloud platforms, coordinating and monitoring multi-cloud builds from initiation through delivery for both simple and complex engagements. He also managed project risk and delivery timelines and escalated customer issues or process failure where relevant. In his role as Enterprise Service Delivery Manager, he was accountable for service delivery to a portfolio of Enterprise clients across an array of industry segments throughout the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Anoop has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Staffordshire University. He is highly skilled in AWS, Azure, and GCP and has worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the past. He is constantly expanding his product/technology skill-set through business updates and self-study to be able to deliver up-to-date product information that addresses customers' strategic business plans.
