Omdena is a collaborative platform to build innovative AI and data science solutions to real-world problems. ShapingEdu is a community of drivers shaping the future of learning in the digital age. The primary objective of this collaboration was to understand the problem of student debt in detail and to come up with solutions to help students. Octathorpe web consultants (Hitwicket) is a mobile application and game development startup based in Hyderabad. 
I started here as one of the initial members of the data science team. I worked on multiple domains of data science, data engineering, and business analytics during my tenure here.
I worked as a data analyst with the retention and growth team. I conducted statistical analysis to understand how users engaged with our applications to improve multiple KPIs with respect to retention and engagement.  I developed data visualization dashboards using open source frameworks like R shiny and dash by plotly. 
I got a chance to work as a data engineer while setting up the data infrastructure for a new product. This involved building ETL pipelines and migration of the analytics infrastructure to google cloud.

I did an internship with Octathorpe in my last semester of university. Here, I developed email and notification systems using the R programming language for better data visibility across the organization.
I also worked on the migration of data analysis stack from excel to R making it possible to analyze larger datasets, implement automation, and provide timely actionable insights.
