Anshika Kapoor is a highly skilled 5G NR Protocol Stack Senior Software Development Engineer with over 9 years of relevant experience. She is proficient in software design and development using C and C++ programming languages, and is well-versed with data structures and algorithms. Anshika has a strong background in LTE enodeB testing and network analysis using TM500 UE Simulator, JDSU, Wireshark, QXDM, Polaris, and good hands-on experience with the GNU tool chain, including gcc, gdb, valgrind, klockworks, purify, mcCabe, code collaborator, bugzilla, clear quest, and source insight. Anshika's expertise lies mainly in the LTE's eNodeB MAC protocol, including design, development, and testing proficiency on Almost Blank Subframes, Semi Persistent Scheduling, PFS and RR scheduler amendments to accommodate 4UEs in a TTI, L2 KPIs for tracking the distribution of MCS and number of codewords, and a bit of convergence layer and features like CRE, SFR, and DSFR. She also has exposure to eNodeB Application and S1 side of things. Anshika is proficient in Trillium Advanced Portability Architecture (TAPA) and System Services Interface (SSI), and has domain knowledge of distributed computing algorithms and essentials of cloud computing. Anshika compiled a detailed project report highlighting the nitty-gritties of CA, UL and DL carrier-components, associated RRC signalling, CA configurations (available n used), and the challenges in MAC layer even to aggregate 40 MHz contiguous bandwidth on the same band - with limitations and assumptions. Anshika is currently working as a 5G New Radio lead software engineer at Intel Corporation. Previously, she has worked at Qualcomm and Radisys as a Module Lead and Senior RnD Engineer, respectively.
