Anshul Agrawal is a Senior Project Manager at Microsoft with over 10 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Implementation of solutions. He completed his PGDM (GM) program from XLRI, Jamshedpur, in 2016. Anshul has been managing large-sized custom application development projects (USD 50Mn+) in varied domains from automotive to financial services domain with Azure based technologies. He owns end-to-end implementation of projects of team sizes of up to 100+ members (including partners) across the geographies and organizations. Anshul's main responsibilities include Stakeholder Management, Planning, Risk Management, Financial Management, and Change Management in the projects and programs that he manages. Anshul has also managed resource forecasting, optimization of operational parameters, external recruitment, internal and customer stakeholder management. He has coordinated with internal and client stakeholders to transition the team from extreme programming methodology to waterfall methodology to increase the predictability of the delivery process to maximize the revenue from the account Change Management. Before joining Microsoft, Anshul worked as an IT-Project Manager II at Black Knight Financial Services, where he managed the delivery of simultaneous projects in different stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). He has also worked as a Technology Analyst at Infosys, where he designed and implemented modules related to Finacle Core Banking Solution for clients. Anshul holds a PGDM (GM) degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Shri Shankaracharya College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai.
