Anshul Agrawal is an accomplished Engineering Leader at Google with a proven record of delivering in highly ambiguous and new problem spaces from scratch. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, he is extremely hands-on in complex systems designs across products and organizations. Anshul leads by example and with empathy, inspiring his team to achieve their best. Currently, Anshul is working on defining the new generation of Ads infrastructure at scale across the mobile industry (iOS + Android) in a privacy-centric environment. He is working with partners across the industry to push for new standards and policies. Anshul is leading a team to develop privacy-safe ways for the ads ecosystem to thrive in the years to come. He is developing products from scratch to bring new formats to Google Pay, enabling merchants to grow their business and provide meaningful experiences for users. Additionally, he has developed a state-of-the-art mobile CI/CD product for Google Cloud from scratch to help widen their portfolio and enable more customer conversions. Anshul's past experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Cisco, where he built and supported Cisco's Data Platform from the ground up to enable business intelligence, user analytics, and personalization. He also built Cisco's Cloud Platform to cater to the fast-growing developer community at Cisco, designing and implementing microservice architecture for the new cloud platform using Kubernetes, Vault, and Cassandra. He built and maintained infrastructure for a 1 million user base with zero downtime. Anshul holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from IIT. He has a strong tech stack, including Mobile, CI/CD, infra, Android, Kubernetes, iOS, and software engineering. With relevant experience of 7.86 years, Anshul is a highly skilled and experienced leader with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in complex problem spaces.
