Anshul Bhagi is a CEO with a strong background in education and technology. He is the Co-Founder/CEO of Camp K12, a global online school for 21st century skills. Anshul has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, a M.Eng in Computer Science, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Anshul started his career as a software engineer and creative coder. In 2004-2007 during high school, he built two education organizations, one to teach science to middle schoolers and one to teach coding to high schoolers. In 2007-2011 during his undergrad at MIT, he built STEM + Coding curriculum for and implemented that curriculum across k-12 institutions and colleges around the globe. In 2011-2012 during his masters, he worked with a team of fellow professors and students at MIT to co-develop MIT AppInventor, a free coding-for-kids platform used today by 10M worldwide. In 2015, at Harvard, Anshul worked with a classmate to launch Code@HBS, a student organization bringing coding / tech literacy into the HBS curriculum. In 2018, Camp K12 pivoted to a global online school for 21st century skills. They launched their online learning platform in Summer 2019, fundraised in Jan 2020, and are now building the core team. Anshul is also a Co-Founder, Co-Author at Proffer Network, an open protocol for Ethereum, and a Co-Director (non-profit) at Opened.ai, a distributed R&D lab applying the latest research in the field of AI/ML to solving problems in education through remote hackathons and developer events. He has experience in blockchain, AI, Ethereum, Dapp, search, software engineering, ML, and research science. Anshul is actively hiring and looking for individuals who align with Camp K12's mission to change both WHAT we teach and HOW we teach kids age 6-18, leveraging modern-day internet infra to deliver online learning interactively.
