Anshuman Mishra is an accomplished product leader with over 14 years of experience in building enterprise-level B2C and B2B/SaaS products across multiple domains. He has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business strategy, product requirement and analysis, project planning and management, team building, operation, and improvement phases. Currently, Anshuman is the Head of Digital Product Management at BT Global. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Byju's, where he led the global product for customer experience and teacher lifecycle. He was also responsible for the B2B funnel, which focused on penetrating the product to schools across the world and the entire lifecycle of school product on the platform. Anshuman has also served as the Chief Product Officer at Monster India, where he conceptualized, designed, and launched different job seeker and recruitment-related products for Monster in nine geographies across all platforms in less than 1.5 years. He managed a base of 65M seekers and 10k active clients and grew SEO by 66% YoY while doubling the SEO traffic share from 20% to 40%. Anshuman is an easy-going person by nature and able to take control of situations by displaying cross-functional team leadership in multi-cultural and competitive environments. He has expertise in building teams from scratch, driving business growth, and achieving operational excellence. Anshuman is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where he earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering.
