Anthony Protho is a Cloud Solutions Engineer and Business Major with a passion for coding. He enjoys coding to create, be challenged, and for fun. Anthony is currently working as a Front Desk Agent at Red Roof Inn, where he manages 40 rooms and their guests using the RediStay and ALV2 platforms. He also organizes reservations and watches security cameras to prevent theft or human trafficking. Anthony safely processes deposits and accounting reports on behalf of the Property Manager, maintaining high levels of customer support and hospitality to improve the hotel's ratings. Prior to his current role, Anthony worked as a Cloud Solutions Engineer at Bitwise Industries and Stria, LLC. At Stria, he completed training faster than anyone in the 17-year history of the company, earning his DocuSign CLM Implementation with Salesforce Accreditation. Anthony worked directly with twelve industries, leading meetings in PM's place using practical attention to detail and best practices to develop advanced workflows in UAT to Production. He updated systems via Post-Go-Live, User Feedback, and Data Analysis. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Dominican University of California and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Make School. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona. Anthony also holds expertise in product management and Salesforce. With 1.43 years of relevant experience, Anthony is a driven and dedicated professional with a strong work ethic. He is always eager to learn and grow in his field, and his passion for coding and technology is evident in his work.
