Anthony Simpson is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 3 years of experience in the industry. He is currently employed at meta, where he works on global database/social graph consistency. Anthony is responsible for providing real-time monitoring of all writes happening to Meta platform's social graph to ensure consistency across globally distributed databases. Additionally, he works on cross shard transactions in this same database through the TAO service. In his previous role at meta, Anthony worked on the next generation of data distribution. He developed features for a new log service and migrated mission-critical components to use the new service with no loss of availability. This included adapting an earlier program so that its operations were parallelized for efficiency. The results of this research have been submitted for publishing.
